Lake Tahoe Pier Elopement

This incredible couple came all the way from England to elope on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe, California. On the day of their wedding a storm came out of nowhere and caused large hail to fall and several large accidents. For a time being, it seemed like we wouldn't be able to make it to the location as everyone was running late due to road closures.
Sure enough, the accidents finally cleared and by the time everyone made it to the location the hail had completely stopped leaving a beautiful post storm fog in the air.
This pier setup was a personal favorite of mine. It was adorned with florals from Haven Florals in a unique setup that required no arch, something we don't often see. The bouquet matched the setup and really brought everything together. After a wonderful ceremony by Mountain High Weddings, the couple frolicked around the beach and woods taking portraits to commemorate the union.
